Gatekeepers Wargames Club Reopening Rules
The following are the initial changes and member requirements in response to Covid. These measures are subject to change, and changes will be communicated via the Gatekeepers Forum, but will also be on club Facebook, Discord, and WhatsApp groups, please check these regularly for updates.
Changes to Club:
1. Only 12 members allowed to attend every evening.
2. Gaming nights to held Fortnightly on a trial basis. Attendees must book their table the Gatekeepers forum in advance, and have their booking confirmed on the Forum.
3. Maximum of 6 individuals per table, players at separate tables should avoid mixing.
4. Terrain will be split into Labelled boxes. Please only use one box per board, and please be mindful of handling of Mats/terrain etc.
5. The opening keyholder/committee member will set up tables to allow for minimum social distances, please do not move tables or put additional tables out.
6. A nominated committee member will require the details of anyone attending club, this is order to facilitate communication to members about any changes that may take place, and track and Trace. This to be kept for 21 days, after which it will be deleted.
7. A nominated Committee member will wipe down door handles, tables etc on arrival. Doors will be left open afterwards to reduce cross contamination.
What members need to do:
1. Please do not handshake, after games for the time being.
2. The tuck box is not used until further notice, attendees are welcome to bring their own drink/snacks as required.
3. All members must maintain social distancing requirements, and be mindful of other peoples space at the venue. Please do not come to club if you haven’t got a booked game.
4. All members must wash/sanitise hands on entry, and should continue to do so regularly.
5. Members must bring all their own dice, tape measures etc. Attendees may not touch other players items without permission.
6. Members to wear face coverings whilst attending club. (Unless a medical exemption)
7. At no time does anyone attend the club if they are exhibiting any symptoms, or any member of their household is displaying symptoms.
8. Subs will be increased to £3.50 per night, Subs can be left on your table for collection. It is also possible pay via online payment if you choose, more details regarding online payments are available on request from the Treasurer.
