GDPR
« on: May 24, 2018, 12:59:01 PM »
As the GDPR is coming into effect this week I thought I should inform you about what data we keep and what we do with said data.

Offline
We keep next to nothing offline and do not run a mailing list. We store who has paid for what weeks but keep it to first names only. This data is also
collated in an online spreadsheet.

On the forums.

Your IP: This is used for spam management and account security. Only admins on the forum can see this, the current admins are Newton and redgore.
Your Email: Used for spam management and to allow you to recover your password. This is only made public if you choose to allow it in your profile settings.
