Just a couple of quick ones nothing  too important...

Are we doing Chapter approved, will it be out?

If my codex comes out week/day before is that ok to use?

Sorry thought of another random question....

We can pick pyschic powers now, are our choices  'locked' for the tournament (e.g written on army list) or free to change between games?

Chapter approved should be out around Christmas. So going to leave the rules out. So can see what it's like in a tournament setting before chapter approved comes into effect.

If codex comes out on the day, will say no. Week before will say use them. :)

i am being a bit lazy not reading but are we limiting numbers of detachments? i know it says usually 3 for 2000 points - but i dont think its a solid rule no more then 3....and some people will take the piss

Do the painting entries have to be in the army in playing? Or can I bring separate entries not affiliated with my army / faction / 40k?

Ignore other characters when determining if able to shoot a character

What's people's view of this before I add it?

Think it makes sense as a character wouldn't get in the way of someone aiming at another character. And stops some the abuse going around

No sorry think that's interfering with the rules too much. Hiding behind intervening units (including nearer characters) was a protection after joining units was taken away.

Changes the rules so I would say no one that.

No from me also, it's a core rule.

What are you trying to prevent? People blocking good characters with crap ones? Or hard to hit characters infront the good ones.

Just want to understand what tactic is be used
